POSTAGE…okay…deliveries!

 

  • Due to COVID-19 we are now only dispatching orders twice a week.  As soon as we get your order we will get your items packed up and they will be shipped out with the next batch.  Please use our ‘Contact Us‘ with any queries. 

RETURNS…uh oh!

 

  • Unfortunately with COVID-19 we cannot currently process returns. We hope you’ll love your Whole Hoof purchase as much as your horse will but if you do wish to return please let us know within 14 days (see T&Cs) using our ‘Contact Us‘ form.  We will get back to you and as soon as we are able to safely receive your product back we will be in touch. (Please note the ‘Please note’ below!).  When we process a return you will be given an RMA number. When we are able to press ‘go’ on the return, simply place this with the product in the box it came in and send to us to the address provided in the accompanying e-mail from us. Phew!  We apologise for this change and delay in the process but we are committed to doing all we can to protect everyone we can.

 

  • Please note: we can only accept and process a refund for unopened and un-used products returned following the process in our T’s & C’s.  If your return does not arrive back to us in this condition or has been opened, used or otherwise interfered with we will return it to you. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

  • If for any reason you have a concern about a product, please contact us by email as soon as possible help@thewholehoof.com.
